And... start the clock. Gareth Davies, our head of coffee excellence, will be running 10-minute training sessions on our stand at London Coffee Festival giving visitors a taste of our new approach to training: Coffee Works.
Fresh off the back of the Coffee Works launch, we're bringing our unique training to our stand at this year's festival. In just ten minutes, the hands-on sessions will help visitors make positive changes to their coffee technique and produce consistent, quality beverages.
The sessions will cover dialling in your grinder, pouring the perfect espresso, milk technique, latte art made easy and keeping your machine clean. Our coffee specialists will also be troubleshooting with guests, offering hints and tips on specific issues they're experiencing and demonstrating best practices.
Gareth comments: "You've invested in coffee and equipment but you need to understand the product. Demand that your coffee supplier helps you understand the 'whys' and the 'hows' of delivering quality coffee. Take ownership of your coffee offer and you'll reap the benefits."
